The college facilitates various government and institutional financial aid programs to ensure uninterrupted education for every eligible student.

Government & State Scholarships
  • National Merit Scholarship: Disbursed directly to high-ranking meritorious students based on examination performance.
  • Government Merit Scholarships: Available for academically outstanding candidates from diverse categories.
  • E.B.C. Fee Concession: Full or partial tuition fee waivers for students belonging to Economically Backward Classes.
  • Government of India (GOI) Post-Matric: Comprehensive financial grants for reserved category candidates including SC, ST, VJNT, OBC, and SBC.
Institutional Merit Scholarship

Exclusively funded by the College: This special aid is reserved explicitly for highly meritorious yet financially underprivileged students.

  • Evaluation Criteria: Based strictly on previous academic records, ongoing performance, and moral behavior inside the campus.
  • Target Audience: Granted only to needy students who are not receiving any other government scholarship or financial support.

⚠️ CRITICAL RULE FOR ANNUAL EXAMINATIONS: If a student availing of any government scholarship or fee concession fails to appear for the official annual examination, they must immediately refund the entire scholarship amount or waived fee back to the Government. The amount will be recovered directly from the student by the institution.

Mandatory Documents For Online Applications

Eligible backward-class and meritorious students must compile and submit the following verified documents alongside their online application form:

  • Class 10th & 12th Marksheets: Attested photocopies of all previous academic qualification results.
  • Original Bonafide Certificate: Issued explicitly by the current admitted class department.
  • Caste Certificate: An official verified copy issued by the competent authority.
  • Caste Validity Certificate: A certified copy for verification purposes (where applicable).
  • Income Certificate: An official income declaration issued explicitly by the Tehsildar or a authorized executive magistrate.
  • Aadhaar Card Copy: Photocopy of the student's unique identity card.
  • Bank Account Passbook: The bank account must be fully linked with Aadhaar and include correct IFSC & MICR codes.
  • Passport Photographs: Recent clear photos to be attached securely to the online application printout.

📌 ACCURACY NOTICE FOR STUDENTS: While filling out the online application form, ensure absolute accuracy regarding your Class, Caste Category, Aadhaar Number, and especially your Bank Account Number. Providing wrong account parameters will lead to immediate cancellation or failure of the scholarship disbursement, for which the student will be held solely responsible.
