XI ADMISSION

Rules and Regulations Regarding Admission

The information brochure and registration application form for admission can be obtained directly from the college administrative office.

  • Minimum Eligibility: As per Government regulations, a student must secure a minimum of 40% marks in the Science subject to qualify for admission into Class 11th (Science).
  • Open & Inclusive Policy: The college is open for admission to students of all castes and communities. Statutory reservation seats are strictly allocated as per Government guidelines.
  • Merit-Based Process: All admissions will be purely based on merit lists and according to the statutory category guidelines issued by the Government.
  • Admission Validity: An admission will not be considered valid or official until the student has paid the prescribed admission fee and their eligibility certificate is received from the Board Office.
  • No Change of Stream/Language: Once admitted to Class 11th, no changes regarding the allocated section/division (Div.) or the chosen second language will be permitted under any circumstances.
  • Limited Intake: Admissions to the Sociology subject will be restricted to a strictly limited number of students.
Mandatory Documents Required for Admission

Students must submit the following documents at the time of confirming their admission:

  • School Leaving Certificate: The Original School Leaving Certificate (T.C.) along with two attested photocopies (Xerox).
  • Marksheet: Two attested photocopies of the official Marksheet.
  • Reservation Category Documents:
    • Valid Caste Certificate for backward class students.
    • Income Certificate of the previous financial year duly certified by the Tehsildar (Two certified copies).
  • E.B.C. Concession Requirements: Application form for E.B.C. concession along with an Income Certificate issued by the Sarpanch or a Special Executive Magistrate (To be submitted in duplicate).
  • Migration Certificate: The Original Migration Certificate is mandatory if the student has passed an examination from any board other than the Maharashtra S.S.C. Board.
  • Previous Concessions: The official approval order number of any educational concessions availed in the previous academic year.

Important Note for Students: Students must seek proper guidance from the Admission Committee while filling out their application forms. Once subjects are selected and confirmed, no changes should be requested later.

Photocopy Retention: Students are strictly advised to keep extra attested photocopies of their original documents (T.C. and Marksheet) for their personal records before submitting them. Original documents will not be returned under any circumstances once submitted for official admission.

Students arriving from boards/schools outside the local district jurisdiction must obtain the counter-signature of the respective Education Officer on their original Leaving Certificate.

Fee Refund Regulations

If a student officially cancels their admission and leaves the college within a strict window of 15 days from the date of confirmation of admission, the deposited fee will be refunded after deducting minor administrative processing charges as per rules.
